5 Days Sunia Self-Exploration Retreat

5 days Sunia Self-Exploration Retreat is designed to achieve an understanding of physical and mental purifications. Physical purification is being done by the practice and theory of asana and fasting theory. While the mental purification is being approached by meditation, breathing and emotional release practice.

In the first three days of the retreat we will be cultivating focus, concentration and mindfulness. The goal of the first three days is to understand that focus/concentration and relaxation cannot be separated. After, by understanding this path, we can come to a deeper purification of our body and mind. Learn how to direct the body and the mind into a positive attitude of living.

When the body is clean, it is easier for the mind to settle down. And when the mind is settled down, it is easier for the soul to observe the action that is being done by ego. Thus, we will be able to see the pattern of Karma and (if we desire) we can change this circle as we wish.

5 days Sunia Self-Exploration retreat is the first step to your mind and body purification. Purification of the mind started with the moment you recognize the Karmic pattern (repeated samskara pattern), that is being made by your soul. When we recognize the Karmic circle then we will have the power to make changes of it. And when we want to make changes to the Karmic circle, it is best to be done when the body and the mind are settled down.
Body and mind must be relaxed for the consciousness to realize the reality of Karma. When body and mind is too busy, we cannot see the repeated pattern of conditioned circumstances. Thus, cannot make any changes. But, once the body and mind is learn to relaxed and experience deep surrender state, the mind will be able to find a way to create changes.

7 Days Self-Rejuvenation Retreat

7 days Self-Rejuvenation retreat is aiming to learn and understand the journey of the Self. And what we provide in this retreat is to explore and understand deeper feeling and emotion that create our Karmic pattern from generation to generation.

If we wish to change this pattern, then we must cleanse this “similar” or “repeated” pattern. And create new pattern for the new generation to learn. In this way, a greater effort must be perform. Thus, we will practice cleansing physical aspect by liquid fasting and continue with providing the nutrition the body needs the most.

Importantly, we will practice insight meditation. When focus and concentration is being made, wisdom will come naturally while we are surrendering throughout the practice. Intense Breathwork and emotional release will help to open up to a greater self-reflection throughout practice and meditation. Deep personal discussion about feeling and emotion can be done with the facilitator.

7 days Self-Rejuvenation Retreat aims to purify the soul. Our body and our mind is being connected by what we know of the consciousness, which is part of the soul itself. And our soul is connected to many kind of souls (those who we can see in this senses, and those we cannot see).
When the body is poisonous, the mind become unstable and thus the action of the Human become un-controlled. 10 Days Sunia Self-Transformation Retreat

10 days Sunia Self-Transformation retreat provide the opportunity for us to experience life with awareness. Each day of retreat and practice we will make progress to get a little bit closer to ourselves by the understanding of our conditioned mind which create the conditions in our body.

Full round of basic hatha and yin yoga asana practice, breathing practice, completed with sound healing and sound meditation. All practices are being done with full awareness to raise our mindfulness. We will also practice and get deeper understanding about insight meditation.

Insight meditation is the practice of meditation we do daily that aims to understand our state of mind or conditions that create our reality and manifestation. The insight knowledge comes in the form of understanding in-depth feelings, for us to know what is “pain” and “suffering” and use this condition to make changes.

The 10 days Sunia Self-Transformation retreat also include practice of vegetarian diet from the first days started, continue with learning basic fasting and practice of water fasting and followed by citric juices. This fasting practice will help the purification of the body, especially to rebalance digestive system*.
